We believe in a bright future where humans remain essential to meaningful work. We're also skeptical of doomsday timelines: no one has reliably predicted AI's trajectory, and we think those claims do more harm than good.

Instead, we aim to offer the clearest possible picture of the current moment.

To do so, we make labor research and forecasts accessible to students and job seekers. We do that by aggregating multiple AI exposure datasets and combining these with employment projections into AI resilience scores that are easy to understand. AI resilience results are also contextualized through analysis, occupation-specific news feeds, and opportunities to explore further.
